On June the 20th Mikkeller marks the World Refugee Day with the relaunch of the pale ale HELP, which is the result of a partnership between Mikkeller and the Danish Refugee Council. All proceeds from the beer go to Syrian refugee children in Lebanon. The beer has been redesigned beautifully by our own Keith Shore and we are very proud to present its new appearance

The two year old festival is arranged be We Are Beer, who run similar festivals in London and Bristol, and they did a great job making sure it was an unforgettable weekend.

Wreck ale is the name of a new historical beer made in collaboration between Mikkeller, the yeast- and fermentation producers White Labs and the Diving Team Ternen. The yeast for the beer is made from golden drops of beer found at the bottom of the sea in the shipwreck S/S Neva. The beer is released at an event at Baghaven on April 26th. A lot of beer has run through the taps at Mikkeller Bar Viktoriagade since we opened on May 2010. The very first Mikkeller Bar has been in the game for a long time, and it is time we show it some love and attention. The festival was held with our friends from Northern Monk Brewing Co and featured thirty breweries, both locals, fellow Europeans and American friends.
Øl & Brød will be relaunching on Thursday 12th April, where the new head chef Ben Coughlan will create classic danish open faced sandwiches with a small twist for lunch and a nordic dinner menu influenced by Mikkeller beers.
