Øl & Brød will be relaunching on Thursday 12th April, where the new head chef Ben Coughlan will create classic danish open faced sandwiches with a small twist for lunch and a nordic dinner menu influenced by Mikkeller beers.
Ben is originally from small village outside of London. He started in the kitchen at 14 years old and was educated at Westminster Kingsway College. He's been living in Copenhagen for almost 4 years and have previously worked at Geranium, Kadeau and Kurhotel Skodsborg. The next step in his already impressive career is Head Chef at Øl og Brød.
Ben has a big passion for beers and food and he's really excited to be joining the mikkeller family where he will bring these things together.
His favourite mikkeller beer to enjoy in my time off is Mikkeller Chill Pils Yuzu.
