Øl & Brød will relaunch on 12th April with a new menu serving classic Danish open faced sandwiches with a twist, paired with world class beers and Denmark's biggest snaps selection. For dinner there will be a Nordic inspired menu with a big focus on using Mikkeller beers. Head Chef Ben Coughlan and his team look forward to welcoming you into the newly refurbished restaurant.

By Gemma Oliviero & Kasper Wendelboe Over the course of three days, during the Easter holiday, Mikkeller and Warpigs was represented at one of the happiest beer festivals we’ve had the pleasure of pouring. The festival was held with our friends from Northern Monk Brewing Co and featured thirty breweries, both locals, fellow Europeans and American friends.

This Saturday the 24th of March we here at Mikkeller & Friends will be celebrating five years since our doors first opened on Stefansgade in Nørrebro (FB event). For this momentous occasion we have lined up a whole slew of great deals, giveaways and festivities. At Baghaven we believe that using local and native ingredients is a unique way to infuse a sense of place, or terroir, into our beers. Cherries, various berries, and flowers are all useful ingredients that are commonly grown in Denmark. We were delighted to hear that there is a small vineyard and winery located in the municipality of Hvidovre, on the outskirts of Copenhagen, growing a variety of wine and table grapes and making very unique wines.

Greetings from Iceland & Annual Icelandic Beer Festival 2018! We packed up some amazing kegs and flew to the great island known as Iceland, for the Annual Icelandic Beer Festival, hosted by Kex Hostel & Kex Brewing. Great reunion with all the Kex-staff & all the other brewers.
Henry and his Science is the first beer in a series of a new style of non-alcoholic beers called Flemish Primitive. The beer, which is brewed with Mikkeller’s own yeast strain, is now available at all Mikkeller venues and shops.

I Would Not Feel So All Alone is a stone fruit lover’s paradise! We took a blend of 18-month-old wild ale and transferred it on to hand prepared Spanish peaches, nectarines and French apricots, at the peak of their ripeness at the rate of one kilogram per liter of beer.
